How it works
We have 2 prenatal visits, where we discuss your birth plans, worries and dreams. We get in depth about how you want this experience to be for you. We set boundaries that are firm, but flexible if needed. At 36 weeks I go on-call and I’m available 24/7. After birth, we have 1 postpartum visit where I come to help with light chores, holding the sweet babe and a home cooked meal.

Why?
Giving birth, and stepping into parenthood, is a unique experience for each of us. Feeling in control, and capable, during the process is what my focus is on. While sometimes birth can not go as planned, you should feel informed and empowered during all of it. I’m in it with you and here to provide emotional and hands-on support .

Doula services are something I take on a lighter basis, very few clients. I want you to feel supported in every way that I can give to you, so I don’t want my focus to be spread too thin
